today i'm going to try my zumba class but i have to be careful with my shoulder that hurts. The class goes from 5:30-6:50. Not lifting weights for a while because i have to let my shoulder heel properly and not get any worse then already is. i might be canceling my training session that is scheduled for Friday morning at 10 that depends on my shoulder.
