One pound again...not too bad for TOM rearing its ugly head this week. I gotta kick up my exercise routine. I've just got to get my butt up in the morning and go the gym instead of thinking I'd be able to go after work....because lately, it hasn't been working out that way. I can't just workout on the weekend, lol. Well, folks have a great week. I'll make it a point to make a post every day that I workout. So here's to more workouts...and posts. :)
