@razor123ray I'm 4'11 inches and have a very small frame .38 kg is still healthy for me 😂 . But thank you for worrying. As I lose weight I plan on keeping an eye on how I look and stopping if I get too skinny❤

As long as your healthy and feel good that’s all that matters - I found that when I lost weight although I am within a healthy range BMI the comments I received from people about being too skinny really made me worry and I actually ate a lot of crap to try put weight on which was not healthy - I went to the doctors and they weighed and did all the health checks and I’m absolutely fine - I think a lot of people don’t realise that commenting on being “too skinny” can be just as damaging as commenting about being over weight - focus on how that person feels and if they are healthy rather than outward appearance to build each other up not break down :)

I'm about 60kg at 5ft 5 (got rid of my scales) and I'm constantly being told that I'm too skinny/ we'd still like to see you etc. Does my head in!

Annie people just don’t realise how it effects you - it’s actually made me more aware of words i use to comment myself on friends and family appearance choosing words like : healthy, happy, radiant, wonderful etc rather than directly commenting if someone has lost/put on weight.

@vegewood I know right! I hate that. I put back on weight before aswel because of peoples comments and it was so awful.Especially when people comment on you having to lose weight and then all of a sudden it's "You're too skinny.Yous hould put on weight". If the person is happy and doesnt look lika a literal bag of bones the wind could blow away or the slightest touch and they'll roll away then let them be.

Its an amazing transformation. And I wish to be like you one day. Question: how do you get rid of the double chin if you don’t mind me asking?

@remyrancic most went with the rest of my fat. The stubborn fat seemed to leave when I developed a habit of hitting the back of my hand against the bottom of my chin.
