Any suggestions how much calories I should be eating at each meal? I lift weights and do cardio but can’t seem to put on muscle I do a lot of cardio

U are thin right ? 200-300 calorie surplus should be enough

I have some muscle just want to add more muscle kinda skinny u can say yeah

Don’t forget that for muscles protein is key. U are not gaining any muscle due to cardio, u are wasting ur time if that’s ur goal

I was gonna say same thing as rosio19. To gain muscle definition you must increase protien intake. There is also some discussion that red meat will help u build faster.. I do not like meat that much so its hard for me to eat as much as I should but like u Im trying to get more definition and muscle tone.
