Christmas tree in garden, decorations away. Several bad things removed from the living room. Including two unopened advent calendars, two tins of quality type street choc’s and assorted sugar delivery devices. I’ve hate Christmas for this! I’ve done my best to avoid and now time to get back on track. Our issue is portion size and hidden sugar so getting these things out of the way will help. Our son is a calorie counter, not bad for an 11 year old and our daughter needs to optimise for a pending operation this year on her back (scoliosis). My wife and I want to be around for them so there’s my motivation. I’ve just done a year booze free for charity (raised £1500 + http://www.justgiving.com/David-Kitchenham) and have not started drinking again so that’s on my side too! Joined a gym but have had a chest infection so not been able to start that yet!
