Good morning. -0.6 kg. (-1.3 lbs.) yesterday! Mostly, I think, because my body got rid of the water it had detained the-day-before-yesterday, after all that ouzo and the other drinks I had.
105.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
