Ok, so I said that on the 16th I would go back to Detox for a week.. Didn't happen.. I am now supposed to be on Phase 3, and I have been eating pretty well, (with a couple of tiny cheats here and there) but I haven't exercised since last Friday and the scale is still not budging.. I will definetely work out tonight and get back on track with that.. And I know that the H2O is a very important part of weight loss and I haven't been drinking that like I'm supposed to.. I am going to try to exercise at least 4 times this week, beggining tonight and start drinking my water again and hopefully I will see a loss for next week. Guys, I really really want to lose this weight.. But the more time that passes, the more discouraged I am getting. At the beggining things were great, and I was losing at super fast speed, but the last 3 weeks I havent lost a pound!! I know I have slacked this past week, but the 2 weeks prior to that I was mostly on track.. If there is anyone out that that has gone through this "plateau" and can give some tips on how to overcome it I would soooo appreciate it!! Thanks guys ;)

I have been going through it. Same as you, have been doing Phase 3. I think we must be really consistent with exercising, that is equally important as the water. Committ to it 5x week as instructed in the book and I think you'll see an improvement.

Plateaus stink! I think if you can up the exercise and the water, you can get through that plateau:)
