today i did Pilates class this morning around 9:30 in a.m. Then i peddled the bicycle for 20 minutes and then did the elipictal for 40 minutes for 2.34 miles and 135 calories woo hoo i feel great. please correct my spelling.

Now my thighs are sore. i challenged myself to do 40 minutes because usually i only make it through 10 minutes. wow i have to do this more often because i get a good workout and be sore.
