quaker oat 3 sendok. aq larutin pake kin yoghurt. bikinnya malem, paginya udah kek bubur tinggal campur sm buah naga sama telor setengah aja. udah deh lgsg cetak di teflon, kasih topping sesuai selera. kalo ga mau berasa asem tinggal ganti yoghurt sm susu kedelai ato susu low fat.. ^^
