Yippee!! I have reached my goal weight pretty much. 160 was a target but in reality, I want to fluctuate between 160 and 165 lbs. Anything lower than 160 and I start to look too skinny. Glad to have this problem again. Wow, all I can say is eating healthy and being mindful of what you eat can get you there. Take care everyone!

I lost a total of 31 lbs. since march 20th. Thanks for the support. Great website. Keep at it and be disciplined (sp?) and it will work no matter which diet you are on.

Actually maintaining a little bit of weight loss of 2 lbs per month. I think my maximum carb # is around 60 carbs. That is quite a bit actually and for me, i will keep under 40 on most days. Keep eating healthy food and exercising and goal weights can be achieved.
