This morning has been really hard for me to get food in. I'm just not hungry for some reason. When I weighed in I had gained very tiny amount went from 157.8 to 158.2. I'm guessing too much diet soda at a party last night. it sure wasn't the food because I brought along nuts and some salami for a snack, because there was no Atkin's friendly food. So is this what i get for being good and not giving in at the party!!LOL Maybe too much sodium and put on some water weight. so I'm going to take it in stride and not weigh in everyday. I'll give myself a challenge and not weigh in until Sat. Since I'm not hungry I'm gonna have a nice hot cup of coffee.

I've found that not eating when I'm not hungry is a really good thing! I bet it was water weight because of the salt in both of the foods you ate last night. That weight gain was only about 6 ounces, so certainly nothing to worry about!
