Up a bit from cheat day.
Yesterday had a big family dinner consisting of grilled chicken and veggies, and basmati rice. Daughter had her friend over who is a boy, he is going back to the states.
Sore from bike ride, but I want to go. I think I am hooked on exercise, and now its tough to take rest days. The weather is great now! Mid-80's, sunny, delightful. I may take a very slow grandma ride later. Right now I have some chores to do, and schoolwork to check on.
Yesterday was restful after the ride. Did not do much on the computer, or any type of chores.
Already cleaned my fish tank, and now on to more fun.
