oj in the am was a staple for me for over 20 years...letting that go was extremely hard...after being on phase 2, i still cannot have it as it triggers cravings all day long...who knew...stick with it, it does get easier...

Oh no poor thing! lol I dropped a whole plate of a dish I made myself one day and I took a picture of it to show my husband later, it made me so sad. Oh the things we go through! You hang in there, I'm pulling for ya!

OI! I know that mess all too well... both my kids have a fascination with eggs for some reason. I have had to clean up eggs from the two of them at least 5 times, as they'd sneak in the kitchen if I were on the phone to go "see the eggs"! One time it was on the carpeting!! I say, take the unbroken egg and chop up some good veggies to go inside for a delicious omelet! :) Have a better rest of the day!
