No change because I keep eating after 8pm last night. 40-80 calories at a time until I reached my daily limit. I don't know why I do this to myself. Oh well, extra exercise today. I'm still frustrated with ticker on this site. I keep thinking it will fix itself but I hasn't yet so I guess I need to contact the site adminstrators.
