You shouldn't feel hungry. Maybe have a bit more or drink some water and see how that feels. Being hungry can lead to uncontrolled eating later so try to avoid that feeling!

I think you should increase the proportion of healthy fats in the food to be satisfied

After just an energy bar I was so pekish. Protein portion was best choice. N I didn't want to over eat. Trying to keep calories under 500... With 3 litres of water. Lost 7 kg of weight on Cambridge diet. Now trying to control And reduce weight on my own. Going down very slow. But let see in one month..
