Yesterday was a busy one. Took my mother-in-law out to run errands, and she wanted to buy lunch. We went to McDonalds, as I knew I could get a grilled chicken salad. I haven't been in one in over 2 years, so I quickly eyed the overhead menu and saw the Southwestern Chicken Salad and ordered it. Although I didn't eat the corn, carrots or most of the corn (had no idea it would have so many nixed items)I still just put the whole salad down in the food diary. After all, SB isn't so much about calories as about the foods. I have gotten into the habit of writing down what I eat, and like the control of it, so even if I don't write it perfectly, I will continue. Bloody noses this morning from scrambled sinuses. I am so sick of my scabby nasal passages!! YUCK!!!!
