Were the baby back ribs, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, collard greens worth it? Heck yeah! Well not really but I am glad I didn’t really pig out like I wanted to. Boy do the calories add up. I took a cup of this and a cup of that and dang, over 2000 calories. I can’t imagine how many calories I would have normally eaten when I didn’t care. I am so happy I didn’t touch the sodas, chips, hotdogs, peach cobbler, and cake with butter cream icing! ................I haven’t given up after 1 or 2 days!
I like to weigh myself everyday because it motivates me to keep going. Even if I only lost 0.1 pound or stayed the same. But……………after that food I just couldn’t do it today. I am scared and don’t want to let myself down. I’m just going to wait until tomorrow or a couple days before I hop on my scale. Trying to get back to my routine today and adding my Tony Little Gazelle thingie (I can’t remember what the machine is called!).
