The first day of Extreme Fat Smash has proved to be not that bad. However, tomorrow when I'm at work, it will be difficult. The hardest part of today, was the exercising. Oh my gosh am I outta shape! I am doing the insanity workout along with my diet, so hopefully I will look amazing in sixty days.
