There is no bother to even record Saturday and Sunday. I cheated both days. I know what caused it and while I'm sure it backtracked me on my weightloss and ketosis, I just have to deal with it. Luckily I won't be able to weigh myself while I'm on my trip back home so I think I'll give myself 2 weeks of no weighing. Life is beating me up enough so I'm not even going to bother beating myself up for the cheats, it's done and over with, time to move on.
