Def went overboard on Thanksgiving and the days following. starting over tomorrow. i bought some glass containers to start doing meal prep. excited since ive never done it before! lowering my calories from 1800 a day to 1600 a day for a couple weeks amd see what happens! theres a few days where i know we are going out to eat so im hoping the 1600 calorie days will offset that and average out :)
