Another 8 pounds gone! WEWT! I have been snacking on raw veggies and dip, and apples with fat free caramel, and Greek yogurt! WHEEEE!!!!!
96.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
