I got on the scale again. I have to make sure I don't start obsessing. I was 95.6 yesterday - 95.3 today. that is more than 1lb.
I am exercising so that I don't 'hang' when I lose the weight.
This is the day 3 of the atkins diet. I'm having a hard time getting in the carbs.
Oh no - I went into subway for a salad - good for Atkins....and they were just taking the freshly baked bread out of the oven. It is a good thing I am on Atkins or I would have given into temptation.
