I started jumping rope this week, and I’m happy with the “jump” on the scale 😊
72.3 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I skip for about 20 minutes per day. Maybe will increase time as I get fitter.
