You know that feeling of blah? Yep I've had it a couple of days now and just when I start to have that "fat" feeling and that I will never get to my goal, one of my friends tells me how great I am looking and that she is glad to see me looking more like my old self. Just the kick in the butt I needed. =)

Awww - sometimes our friends have just the right words. You have worked very hard and will continue all the way down to your goal because you do not strike me as a person who quits - and you do so much in your home, your job, etc. you will never sit still for being overweight again!

I know how you feel - I haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks and I'm on a horrible plateau and I am not feeling like Suzy Super Successful Dieter right now. But tonight I pulled out a shirt that I have had for 12 years that I haven't been able to wear for 12 years and it fits! It was very special to me because I had a great picture of myself taken in it when I was 28. And now I can wear it again. So that made me feel almost better than losing 5 pounds.
