I want to squeeze in a coffee drink but it looks rocky. Yesterday was adequate and I enjoyed the garlic bread at dinner.
48.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
