I have been walking around my office .50 miles usually every hour. Not walking fast but at least trying to get my body moving again. At some point I will be back to full workouts just trying to see what body can handle right now. Yesterday I got about 10,000 steps the most since September when I went down with the appendix surgery before I was hitting 12,000 + steps...baby steps with what little patience I have left lol
