Just got home, did 14 miles in 1hr 15. The trail behind the house is 22 miles total, so by the end of June I want to be able to bike it in 1 hr 40 min, which is what my husband has been timing in at lately. I feel good :D

Don't you just love how you feel after biking? It is by far my favorite form of exercise. That's a great ride by the way!
