I've been on the Atkins for a few weeks and had lost 15 pounds . Then I cheated and gained three pounds.Trying to get back into ketosis.

15 pounds is awesome! Congratulations on that!! It's okay to "cheat" once in a while, we do it all the time when we aren't trying to watch what we eat lol. Personally, having a helping of something that I shouldn't satisfies that craving and helps me keep going. I don't see it as a failure, though. I see it as just being human. If you try to change your way of eating for life, and think that you can never have those high-carb foods ever again, you're not going to stick with it. I also don't pay much attention to what the scales say, and only weigh myself every couple of weeks. Mine told me that I had gained 9 pounds in one day LOL! But my clothes told me something different, so I concentrate on inches lost rather than pounds. Good luck to you!
