I’m thankful the scale has finally reflected a small weight loss. This was a tough week not seeing any change until today. However, I will continue to persevere. I truly want this to become a lifestyle change not an unsustainable change. By allowing myself small treats once in a while I don’t feel as if I’m missing out. Continuing to spin, swim workout with my trainer and now I’ve added some fast paced walking/light jogging to my routine. 5 weeks and 2 days till my cruise. Can I possibly lose another 10 lbs. by then?

I recently went 11 straight days with no loss. I had been strict with my calorie intake. I had gone to bed hungry every night. The scale didn’t budge. Then, out of nowhere, I lost 3lbs in two days. Funny how that happens.
