My husband always has this HUGE garden and I am stuck with how to use it all up. So this year instead of having sandwiches for lunch like I usually do right now I am making things to have for lunch. So right now in the oven is zucchini strata, with our home grown zucchini, onions, and peppers and I used our eggs also. It smells soo good. I'm always looking for new recipes if anyone has any. =)
