Not sure why but I cracked a bit two days ago. At lunch I ate frozen cookie dough meant for baking cookies for my kids and that night raided the leftover Halloween candy and thankfully only ate three mini chocolate bars. But still not sure why I did it. I have been finding the low carb eating fairly doable overall with not many cravings, until two days ago.
But proud of myself for just getting back on track and not letting it turn into a sugar binge instead.

Way to turn it around. Also finding low carb helps with cravings & hunger. Obviously from your weight loss you've stayed on track more often than me. Continued success.

Well seeing as we are doing FatSecret confessions 😂, I gave in myself but didn’t eat just 3, I ate 20 😆. I have been so consistent with my exercise and eating for months that a treat was called for but that’s it back to business 💪🏼😜👊🏻
