Hey busy busy day, Some adults act like children and it's frustrating when you have to deal with many adults like this at once. (wooooosaa!) OKay well I did really well with my fitness goals yesterday I took (drum roll) 13168 steps yesterday.. 2hrs and 24 mins of activity at an elevated heart rate (probably at my 2nd job)and burned 3424 calories!!! YES YES YES YES!!! I have the fitness down, now if I would quit sneaking stupid little snacks here and there.. while they are not unhealthy I shouldn't be having them in atkins and I need to tell myself to go back to induction. grrrrrr It's okay I'm getting a grasp on the whole thing. I swear.. soon if not today, I'm just cheating myself so I gotta jump back into the saddle.
