Happy Tuesday Everyone! 205.2 lbs is pretty good for this point in time.
I am OK with it.
Yesterday went well, had a big salad for lunch. I have been hitting it with chicken and croutons to keep me satiated and full. It seems to be working. I heard mixed reviews on what helps keep you full when eating a salad. I heard it was protein (meat or beans), and I also heard it was croutons (carbs). I tend to think it is the croutons as I always put meat & beans on my salad, and only recently did they start to keep me full all afternoon.
I am going to salads as maybe I am more desperate to lose weight? lol. I usually advise against it. However it seems to be working ok for me, and I get my veggies. That is one thing we do have on base that is super-deluxe, and that is the salad bar.
Last nights bike ride went super awesome for the most part. 16.something miles. I had a bit of a wipe out on the way home and the bridge caught my tires slamming me into the railing pretty much face 1st. My bearded chin took a large portion of it, as did my right chest. Also bruised is my left shin, and left ankle (the same one my Achilles repair was on). It hurts today, but not too bad. Bike made it out OK, handlebars got wrenched, but that's fixable. Still have a leaky back tire. Need to check it out.
Y'all have a great day.

Your doing awesome, sorry about the bike wipe out, I had a major one when I was a kid, since then no bikes for me, unless its a machine lol.

Still doing great, JP! For me, a salad without some proteins is useless. One fart and I'm hungry again. It's even worse than McD when it comes to that. Add chicken breast, tuna, beans and we're friends again. :)

Awesoem job with the biking! My husband had a crash a few weeks ago, too. He was pretty bruised for a couple weeks - but he recovered and we have been riding again!
