Week one of SB was so easy, I lost nearly 5 lbs and never felt hungry, and then all of a sudden week two started and I feel like I want to eat everything! I am so worried now that I am going to slip up, fall off and never lose this weight. After a full week of not even thinking twice about carbs, I now want them bad! Did this happen to anyone else? I would have thought it would get easier.. what is going on?
