I looked at myself today - really took a good look and decided time to make changes. I'm not young anymore but I still have years to go. Today I am taking control of my life. So glad I found this site.

It has been proven that diet sodas can increase your waist size. I was a hard core diet pepsi drinker from sun up to sun down, now I only have 1 maybe 2 on occasion and I drink 10 bottles of water in a day instead. This is so much better for your overall health for your live, kidneys and bladder...and say good bye to big bird!!
