Okay. So, Tuesday was surgery. Let me just say, I fell off the "wagon" that day. Finally finished up around 1500 hrs or so. And I ate everything that wasn't nailed down in front of me. I don't know if it was the fact I hadn't eaten all day, or if the surgery had anything to do with it. Yesterday was a little bit better, but still not great. I need to get back in the gym and I need to get back to following my diet. I have already put a few pounds on in two days of eating crap. All that hard work, out the window. I'm down.
