Sticking to my diet is very difficult. I don't get enough time to exercise and manage my diet
59 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

the big thing is you have to make the time. Everyone is so busy now a days and we forget to make ourselves a priority. Planning out your meals can help you adhere to the diet. If you work, you can make your lunch the night before and grab it as you go out the door. If you don't have much time to workout, then squeeze in a little whenever you can. I park further away from stores when shopping, that way I have to walk a little extra. Go for a 15 minute walk at lunch. Save time for yourself on the weekends to do something. Even walking around the mall, is better then nothing. You have to be like the NIKE commericial and "just do it." Good luck!

Thanks Suzi for ur soothing words..I know understand that not considering any options will obviously bring no change in my lifestyle. I m now trying new ways to change my routine n achieved success as well..I m now hopeful that i can make a positive diffrence n bring healthy lifestyle.
