Do you track licks, bites, and every single minimal taste?

Me too! It’s killer. I’ve reduced my wine. Guess I have to find time to walk.

have you calculated your RDI and dropped some calories from that to promote weight loss?? I see you have some high days and lower days. Most of us have those but over the coarse of the week do you have a deficiet?? do you remember to weigh your food, that really does make a huge difference. I vastly underestimated my food which tends to leave you not eating less calories. do you exercise?? that can also help promote weight loss

Yeah Clothes what everyone is saying here are the same question and details I would cover. Most important is to know how many calories your body needs each day just to maintain its same weight. If you don’t intake that amount, you WILL loose! Also good idea to keep those carbs to 50 or less and make them clean carbs like sweet potatoes, rolled Oates, brown rice and other complex carbohydrates ! Good shedding! Be Blessed today!

Nola - seeing what others are eating is not available on the phone app like some other items only available on the full web version! 😏
