I had a pretty good day yesterday. The day before we'd had a pot luck at work. I didn't gorge myself, but I definitely partook in some delicious food.
Yesterday I limited myself to 1300 calories, spread throughout the day - and today I was up about, from yesterday morning. Maybe it's just water weight, but I don't know. I do drink a lot of water. Just frustrating! Maybe I'll just check my weight a couple of times a week or something.
