So ready for this week to be over. Lucky for me I have friday and Monday off but it's a holiday weekend. I don't have any plans for Memorial Day but my bf's sister is going on her prom Friday. There will be plenty of food and I'm helping prepare it so it's going to be hard for me to resist. I managed to get an hour of bike riding in last night and with the time off I should be able to get some more in but today is going to be VERY hot; in the 90's. I may limit outdoor activities or at least wait until nightime to ride which is what I did last night. It's not the safest thing to do but it may be my only hope. We'll see. I also surprised myself by only consuming half of my RDI yesterday. It will be a miracle if I an do that again especially since we're having pizza at work to do. I can't wait to weigh in again but even if I don't lose another ounce, I feel great! ;-)
