Hey y'all! Beautiful day! I set goals on my new shnazzy GoWear thing yesterday and I passed them all. Since it was my first day of me paying attention to such things I had set a goal of 7000 steps and then upping from there I did 7485 steps yesterday!! Also I set to have atleast 30 mins of activity with an elevated heart rate and I did 47 mins! and last but not least I put I wanted to burn 2000 calories yesterday and I DID!! I burned 2474! HUZZAH! take that flabbiness I will take you down! =) I just finished some delicious eggs and turkey bacon.. nom nom nom! Ready to start downing some water and get some work done (notice I didn't say a lot of work done) I work double jobs today so I'm interested to see how much I do burn at my second job since it includes lots of walking and some lifting and all the calories I burn being friendly and putting out some quality customer service. =)
