At last I am 11 and a half stone. I haven't been this weight for a great many years, more than I can remember. Reducing my fat intake has also meant that I am losing inches as well, which is a real bonus. I am so motivated right now and actually seeing the results when I look in the mirror is magnificent. I am noticing that my clothes are getting looser but not enough to buy a smaller size. The day that happens will be just amazing and still seems to be a bit difficult to imagine. However, with continued use of fatsecret, I am starting to have faith in myself that I can do it. I am mindful that the size of my hips predominately determines my smallest size possible.
