i need to drink more water. i am only getting half of the recommended amount and i already go to the bathroom nearly 12 times a day! when i start drinking more, i'm going to have to move my desk into the restroom stall to get any work done! lol.

i took a 2 week maintenance break. back on the weight-loss train!!! next mini-goal her i come! :)
