Ugh!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting SOO frustrated!! Today is Day 33 of the FSD and I am not losing any more weight!!! I have lost 12 lbs total but I had lost 10 of those 12 lbs within the first 2 weeks!! Now its been over 4 weeks and I am not losing!!! I bought some new work out Tae Bo Videos to switch up my routine, but the scale isn't budging!!! I am a single mom, and work a 8 to 5, job 5 days a week, I have school on top of that, and on top of it all my baby boy to take care of.. I live on my own, so it is really hard for me to get to a gym, or go outside running, cause there is no one to watch him, so I have to limit my exercise to stuff I can do at home.. I don't have a treadmill or anything like that, what other stuff could I do at home??? Any suggestions?? Well, I am determined to stick to this and lose the weight but I don't know what else to do!!

hey valerie. take it easy and hang in there. you've probably hit a plateau. increase your exercise and be at it. you could check www.self.com for some easy stuff u cud do at home. stick it out :)

This just shows that like any diet, you can lose weight on this one to a point, but after a while it stops working. How much more do you want to lose? I have about 15 to go, I'm thinking I should wait until I have about 10 lbs left, then try this diet again. IF I plateau with what I'm doing now of course.

That is where I started to stall out on losing weight too. After about a month, your body just hits a plateau. I went back to phase one and found it to be easier the second time. I added soy foods. I lost less the second time around, but it helped me jump start my weight loss again. I only lost 2 lbs the second time. But it got me back into the 130s, which made me happy. Good Luck!
