Okay, so seeing what you are eating in black and white isn't any fun. I have to keep a separate log of my points and enter that in my journal on a daily basis since I have been counting them. Wish physical therapy counted as exercise. Since it takes an hour, it would go over well with the challenge I am doing. :) Oh well, I will just have to focus on the up side of of looking better in in the clothes I have and focus on my goal of losing the weight I have gained so I can get rid of it. The sooner the better.
