Today the scale showed me a nice drop. That is unusual for the beginning part of the week. But I will roll with it and see how this week plays out. My friend at work is bringing me more more pants today. I wonder what size it will be this time. The ones I wear to work now she gave me and they say size 12 but fit more like 14’s . With all this vanity sizing you can’t really tell what size a person is. Yesterday I successfully made Ginger’s Bread from YouTube. It tastes just like wheat bread. I really need to test and see if it spikes my blood sugar.
