Up a little to 206.4 today.
Did eat too much yesterday, mainly because of a protein bar I ate in the afternoon as a pre-ride meal/dinner replacement. That did not go as planned, I still had dinner, lol. Wifey made some pasta with veggies, so I had a bit with chicken.
For 19 years I hollered at her to cook more dinners. Now it seems when I dont want a dinner, she cooks one. Without fail. I have to be a good husband and eat it (and eat crow).
Work is work, stressy nonsense. I like the idea of clocking in and out, and not letting drama get to you. Easier said than done in these times. Anyway, I have some fun tasks to do today, so its cool.
Plus more Civil War studies. Very fascinating topic. I always hated it, and now its very interesting. I am learning so much. Test tomorrow, then I can move on.
