IF is going well. Not eating at all after my cut off time at night, which is a huge deal for me, I usually eat dinner around 8, then eat at like 10pm again or so as I go to bed late. I also wake up and eat 2.5 hours after waking up.. Self control is tough. Yesterday I had some mini chocolates (Halloween,and I'm an Au pair) so was difficult too resist. But nothing after my 9 hour eating window was over. I'm doing 15:9.
