Trying to eat 80g of carbs is so difficult🙈

It's so little! It's amazing how many carbs are in things you'd never suspect.

I eat NONE .... only protein and fat

I eat under 30 net grams a day. Some days around 10 but I love my veggies

My dietitian told my so. Shes scared I'm not going to fit into my bridesmaids dress 🙈🙈🙈
