I am at a point where I am not losing anymore but the dress size is changing. What can be the problem. I jumped from size 14 jeans to size 12 and now size 12 is lose. Bought a new jean 2 weeks ago and wore it the second time today it feels very lose. Fitted a size 10 jumpsuit and it was fine even around the tummy area. But the scale is not moving.
I am thinking of hiding the scale for the next 2 months as I strictly control my food intake. Maybe given a few weeks things will start moving the right direction.

PS: Need to up my squats, my thighs are getting jiggly too much.

I wish my scale would stand still, but clothes fit better. Take measurements, & yes, put away the scale...

I've seen pics on Facebook groups of people that does Intermittent fasting and their weight is the same or even more but their bodies have changed completely 😉 I have lost weight easily since 23 of July but nearly nothing this whole month. About three weeks ago I tried on an old pair of cargo pants that hasn't fit since bout 2011. Last Thursday I was able to wear it, but I had to hold it up with a belt, cause it's too big now 😅

Also, if you're exercising (especially if doing strength/weight training of some kind), you're probably shedding fat while building muscle. This can "change" your body shape while your weight stays constant (or even increases).

Just stay away from the scale. Ur clothes and pictures are ur weight tracking tools

@AndreDT28, I just read this theory. I guess its safe to just keep on the healthy lifestyle and not follow too much on the weight. As long as one is happy and healthy.
